Translation:
Blackberry on vibrate in the next stall. Person picks up, reads then responds to an email.
Geez!

Ah, but I recall a time only a couple years ago when I was in a men's room at a conference and somebody answered his CELL PHONE in the next stall with "Oh, hi Bob! I was just thinking about you..."
